These terms are an agreement between you and the Delphi team (“we”) about using Delphi. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. A game, not a market

Delphi is for entertainment. No real money is involved: “prices”, “calls”, “portfolios”, scores and credits are made-up game figures based on public popularity data.
Credits and scores have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn, and aren’t property.
Nothing on Delphi is financial, investment or other professional advice.
Figures come from third-party sources and can be late, wrong or change; we don’t guarantee them.

2. Who can use it

You must be 13 or older to create an account, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms (or have a parent or guardian’s permission where required).
One person per account, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Artists

Artists appear on Delphi because users added them, using public information. Delphi is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, label, or by Spotify, Deezer, Ticketmaster, Last.fm or Wikipedia. Names, photos and artwork belong to their owners. Artist bios are from Wikipedia under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. If you represent an artist and want something changed or removed, email privacy@example.com.

4. What you post

You own your display name, bio and picture, and give us permission to show them on Delphi so the site works.
Only post things you have the right to post. No impersonating anyone (including artists or Delphi staff), hate, harassment, sexual content, other people’s private information, or anything illegal.
We may edit or remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Don’t break the game

Don’t use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to make calls, inflate numbers, claim artists or climb the leaderboards; don’t scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or get around its limits. We may reset scores, remove calls or close accounts involved.

6. Copyright complaints

If you think something on Delphi infringes your copyright, email privacy@example.com with what it is, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized. We’ll remove it and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Ending

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We can change, pause or shut down Delphi, or end your access, at any time. Sections 1, 3, 8 and 9 survive.

8. No warranty, limited liability

Delphi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for more than $50 in total, arising from your use of Delphi. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If we change them in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in; using Delphi after that means you accept the change. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
